By calmly telling them you’re uncomfortable and to restrain from doing. He does help you out in the scenario people ask to the point you’re uncomfortable.Going with the scenario I said above you guys definitely help each other out with keeping his wings neat and tidy and you keeping your fur nice and fluffy and not matted.

I think the both of you have a mutual trust if you let each other touch your ears and tail and his angel wings.
Another person who will only touch your ears and tail with permission considering it’s the same for his angel wings. He isn’t really that bothered by it and is definitely the most chill. I’m sorry but he’s so sad cool and then moved on like it was nothing. Considering if you don’t let a lot of people he takes it as you greatly trust him. I see him being comforted if you allow him to pet your ears and tail. Not necessarily to be rude but more so to the point you’re so uncomfortable that it’s getting irritating. Out of all of them is probably the only one that will actually yell at people if they make you uncomfortable. I do see him asking you a good amount of questions out of curiosity considering that’s not a normal human thing. He would hate if he did it and that made you uncomfortable without permission. I also think he would want to pet your ears and tail but always asks for permission. I mean considering he’s surrounded by demons if not a too much of a shock to him but it’s still a little shock that you’re half cat. What how? You’re half human half cat? Both confused and amazed. Especially if they’re on the rude side of your ears and tail type of question. He does also help you out if people are asking you uncomfortable questions. He does however if you give him permission to pet you I do see him helping you brush your fur on your tail and ears if you need assistance. He will notify the school considering your uncomfortable if you are anyway. On the bright side he does assist you if people keep asking to or even touch your ears and tail without your permission. And it can be quite uncomfortable especially if you’re put on the spot. He doesn’t really ask to touch your ears and tail considering I think he would think it’s similar if you asked to touch his wings and tail Etc. He just sees it as a cute aspect about you but other than that nothing much. Honestly the one who doesn’t care that much out of everyone. 
Like: Do you prefer to sleep in warm sunny spots? Would you chase a laser if there was one? Do you hate dogs? I do see him asking questions out of curiosity that relate to actual cats.He does offer to find extremely good shampoo, and conditioners just anything to keep your ears and tail very fluffy and nice.

If you can turn into a full cat he will ask before you do to pet you in that form considering he takes me as a person to love all animals.
Although he does respect your boundaries if you say you’re uncomfortable he will refrain from asking and touching your ears and tail.You can’t tell me he wouldn’t he just thinks fluffy cat ears and tail. However on the bright side he wants to pet you.
He didn’t expect to see a half cat half human to be where the exchange student should be.
